Warranty Information

•

All proper fluid levels must be maintained.
•

Landfill Compactor Parts retains the right to repair the components or to replace them with rebuilt components. Repairing and/or replacing components will not extend the warranty period.
•

This warranty will not include any damage caused by abuse, neglect or lack of proper maintenance.
•

Any overheating of the Component will void the warranty.
•

Oil samples or oil sample test results must be provided for every 250 hrs. service that is done.
•

Purchaser will notify Landfill Compactor Parts immediately of any malfunction of the warranted items.
•

All warranty work will be performed by Landfill Compactor Parts personnel or by others who have been authorized by Landfill Compactor Parts in advance of the work being performed.
•

There is no warranty implied or expressed other than that which is stated herein.
